Sports Day 2024

Our Annual Sports Day was conducted on the 23rd of February 2024 at Yuva Enclave. Ms Geetha Jayachandran, the Principal of Yuvabharathi Public School, ceremoniously released the balloons, signifying the commencement of the Sports Day event. This distinguished occasion was graced by the presence of Mr. C. Anand, the Chairman, Mr. Sanjeev Anand, the Correspondent, and Ms. Meenakshi Vaidyanathan, the Advisor, who encouraged and supported the young participants.

Sports day at the pre-primary level is not about competition. It is about having fun, being physically active, learning the basics of sports, and building coordination and motor skills. The event allows the little champs to display self-confidence, patience, and sportsmanship. The kids participated in various events like drills, running races, hurdles and fun games. The winners of various events were honoured with medals on the victory stand and awarded certificates.
